Our Sauvignon Blanc was farmed at the beautiful Sitrus Hill Vineyard, an organic vineyard just north of Osoyoos. This meticulously farmed piece of land delivers a wine achieving beautiful ripeness and balance while exuding notes of tangerine peel, white peach and intermingled aromas of fresh cut grass. An ideal pairing for all shell fish or goat cheeses.
A crisp, clean Sauvignon Blanc fermented cool and bottled early to preserve freshness. Flavours of grapefruit, herbs, and a peach finish.
